Post- Run Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie
1) 1/2 cups of Pumpkin Puree
2) 1 cup Milk
3) 1/2 Banana OR 1/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt and 1 tbsp Flax Seed
4) 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
5) 1/2 tsp of Vanilla
6) Cinnamon ( put in whatever you like) ... I put in a 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
BLEND AND ENJOY!
