Cassandra Brooke: So here you are.. first year University dealing with the wonderful experiences with living on your own. Many students do not stick to the "healthy" outlook on life, because they think its cheaper to go to the cafeteria to get pizza, subs or the delicious burger joint. BAM!!! FRESHMAN 15!!! and if you don't change you will keep adding the "15" number to your weight each year you do not make the change!...
